We design the 2D/3D mold drawing for every mold and will confirm the design with our customer before every project, also for the sophisticated part we can offer the Moldflow analysis to assure it can be molded efficiently without blemish or weakness.


Mold Fabrication
We manufacture custom design tools to many standards including DME, HASCO etc, if required by customers, Eplastech can use any specified mold components whether metric or inch for moldbase, core &cavity, ejector, sleeves, tool/die components, hot runner systems, hot sprue bushings and temperature control system to ensure that interchangeable components are available at the tool final destination.



Injection Molding: 
Epluser provides plastic injection molding solution ranging from Rapid Injection Molding to Mass Production Molding. With Epluser, you have options of running your products molding to fit your program requirements no matter how large or small. 
We offer custom injection molding, insert molding, over-molding with 24 hours running per day.



Customized Logo Printing:
Epluser offer customized logo print service for all plastic cup, plastic mug, tumbler, shooter etc. All the ink that we use for the cups are safty for heathly.All the cups can stand up for wash machine, for a long using life, we recommend hand washing with soft dish washing detergent.



Shipping Services:
We work with EXW, FOB, DDU, DDP etc working terms for all the orders, customer can chose the mostly suitable shipping method for them, we help our customers on the custom clearance issue when needed.
